The Intensive

30 minZoom

Service Description

Work with me for four months. You’ll get a 90 minute initial appointment and 15 follow-up sessions. We’ll dig right into the functional lab work by running the DUTCH test, the GI Map, and the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. Have you been struggling and frustrated for a while with your health and weight?  You have likely spoken with your doctor, have tried multiple different diets and workout routines, and seen various acupuncturists, chiropractors, trainers, and other practitioners but you still feel stuck.  Or maybe you just want to biohacker your health for peak performance, an increase in longevity and for a more fulfilling life.  Then this program is likely the solution you are looking for.  Using functional lab testing and comprehensive questionnaires we will take a deep dive look at your hormone, immune, digestion, and detoxification systems of the body to see where sneaky underlying imbalances are that are preventing you from looking and feeling your best.  This program would allow us to work together over the course of about six months so that you get all the accountability and support you need to effectively implement the personalized lifestyle changes and recommendations that I provide you.
